Community Infrastructure Levy
The toilet in Old School Rooms has been refurbished using a Community Infrastructure payment.

As a result of an allocation for Community Infrastructure Levy funding of £2516, the Parish Council asked for suggestions as to how it should be spent to benefit residents. The state of the toilet at the Old School Rooms was raised and, after getting quotations it was agreed with the PCC that the old toilet would be stripped out (to create a store room at a later date) and the unused store next to it would be refurbished to provide improved toilet facilities. The work was completed in February and has provided a clean and welcoming space.
The Parish Council has a legal obligation to publish a Regulation 62A report showing how the money was spent, and that report is attached.
